If you are considering purchasing a new plot, or have recently done so, we have a very good working relationship with a number of reputable and registered professional architects and draughts-people that we could refer you to. Should you wish to visit any of our completed projects or those currently under construction, we would be happy to facilitate this.

Alterations & Renovations

Similarly, if you are considering adding to, or renovating, your existing asset, we would be willing to offer any practical advice and guidance suitable to assist you.

Plans Approval

The management at Redz have a thorough understanding of the varied requirements that need to be satisfied resulting in plans approval at City Council eg NHBRC documentation, bank loans, Housing Estate rules & regulations, Council requirements etc. Where necessary, we will get involved to assist in the process to get plans approved.

Quotations

Redz makes use of a very comprehensive QS (quantity surveyor) costing spreadsheet which has been developed & updated over the years. Every anticipated item pertaining to the relevant project being costed, is accounted for, so as to ensure that there are no nasty “unexpected cost” surprises along the way. A detailed “Schedule of Finishes” is then compiled and presented to the client, which details more importantly, the PCs (provisional costs) where savings can be made.

Site Management

The management at Redz Construction & Design personally supervise every aspect of the building process, from foundation set-out to snags at project completion. Over the years, the Redz team have built strong working relationships with all their suppliers and contractors. Subsequently then, even when “hiccups” occur, these are resolved with a minimum of fuss.

Project Management

Where sufficient capital is available to the client, the option of Project Management exists. This alternative offers the opportunity for greater savings, particularly on the larger projects.
