Redz Construction & Design has been building quality homes and doing extensive alterations and renovations to existing homes, in the Tableview, Big Bay and Melkbosstrand area since 2001.
We, at Redz Construction & Design, take pride in the fact that we limit the number of projects simultaneously active, thereby enabling our management team the opportunity to personally manage each site as the projects progress.
The Company’s motto “Success through client referral” encompasses the fact that the majority of new business we contract is generated by word of mouth.We especially understand that the building process can be a trying experience for a home owner, so therefore we work equally as hard at building a strong client relationship too.
Deon Venter moved to Cape Town from Gauteng in 2001 and started Redz Construction & Design in 2002. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the building industry, having worked in Gauteng for buidling industry retailers, as well as for steel construction supply & installation for 20 years.
Tony Fiamingo joined Deon in 2003 and co-owns the business with him. Tony has a diploma in Hotel Management and therefore understands client expectation. Tony has gained ample ‘hands-on’ experience in all aspects of the home-building industry.
Deon & Tony use their collective knowledge and experience to assist each other on their projects. Their cross-referencing and support for each other has resulted in a business that prides itself on it’s reputation.
